The purpose of the Texas Association of Deans of Liberal
Arts and Sciences (TADLAS) is to promote all aspects of
Higher Education in the Arts and Sciences. All Texas institutions
of higher education recognized by the Texas Higher Education
Coordinating Board are institutional members of TADLAS.
All deans, associate deans, and assistant deans in member
institutions responsible for any of the liberal arts and
sciences are voting members.
Each year TADLAS holds an annual conference, usually
in late January or early February. Please click the Conference
button on the left for information about this year's conference.
Please feel free to contact any of the TADLAS leaders
(Leadership button on the left) if you have any questions
or ideas. We welcome you to our organization and hope
to see you at the conference.
